New Officers Installed for 2008
At the last meeting, Apr. 1st, the Detachment swore in our new officers. Some of these guys are filling their first positions within the Detachment, but they have all been Marines you could count on to help out at different Detachment functions. Franklin's Marine Corps Leaguers Guard Vietnam Vet. Memorial Wall
 On Sunday, Mar 30th, the Marine Corps League of Franklin provided security at one of the traveling mini Vietnam Memorial Walls that came to Toccoa, GA. The temperature was in the mid-forties and the wind cut to the bone. It was a cold morning as we paced back and forth to stay warm from 8 AM to 2 PM. Read more...
